Pate Developers had the perfect solution to this conundrum – Countryside, an exclusive gated community of 63 residential plots and bungalows, located at Sangrun (Khadakwasla backwaters). Pate Developers are known for building quality residential projects. But this was their first move into a gated bungalow project community. So, a strong communication campaign was needed to give it top-of-mind recall.
As strategic brand partners, we took our team for a site visit to identify the USP of the project. Upon setting foot there, we identified that the natural beauty and breathtaking view was a clear differentiator. Capitalizing on the same, we arranged for a professional photoshoot to capture the natural beauty surrounding the bungalow plots.
A thorough competition study had revealed that most of the competitors’ projects were not viewed as upmarket or classy. We ensured that the brand identity, logo and communication design was clean and stylish. This gave the brand communication and the project, a very exclusive look and feel.
We also positioned ‘Countryside’ as the true residence of nature – a quintessential weekend getaway enveloped by greenery, pure air, fresh water and rustic surroundings. More importantly, Countryside would be the perfect place to spend quality time with loved ones. And we invited people to “listen to nature’s live concert”, where Countryside would be the headliner of the concert. With the music of the wind blowing over vast green expanses, chirping birds and gushing water, visitors lost themselves in nature’s melody.
