‘What if’ to ‘a dream come true’ – The Communication Design of Yashwin Hinjewadi

Today, they are acknowledged as one of the torch-bearers of innovation in Pune’s real-estate industry.

We have actively been a part of their projects right from the planning to the launch events and beyond. So when Yashwin Hinjewadi was in talks for planning, we knew we had to offer an unparalleled experience.

While previous communication for projects under Yashwin have had a more practical and an information oriented approach, Yashwin Hinjewadi was to have a deeper emotional connect. With the fast paced times that we live in, we all are left with no choice but to compromise on spending time with family, the bountiful nature, a host of premium amenities and features and a great neighbourhood. This led us to the big idea of “what if a dream home isn’t a dream anymore? Instead, it becomes a dream come true.” And that is exactly what we aimed to offer with Yashwin Hinjewadi.

A picture is worth a thousand words. So our goal was to pictorially depict ‘the dream’ in the form of heart-warming slice-of-life illustrations that would help the target audience visualise their dream life at Yashwin Hinjewadi. Artist Pascal Campion’s work perfectly illustrates a mix of such heart-warming moments. Inspired by his work, we aligned our design style and communication to perfectly depict the kind of experiences that future residents can look forward to.

To quote Pascal Campion, “Your images are not done when you are done drawing them. Your images are done when people see them! When people are able to enjoy them.” and enjoy they did. With modest detailing and the use of warm colours, the illustrations portray moments that have an instant connect and a universal appeal. Home buyers’ faces lit up and a lost dream was reawakened as they adored the illustrations in Yashwin Hinjewadi’s Brochure.


The launch of Yashwin Hinjewadi was a roaring success. With over 75% inventory booked on the very first day, this was yet another successful launch with Vilas Javdekar Developers.
